Deleting your Roomiva account removes your photos, your generated designs, your records and your sign-in — permanently. What is deleted, in what order, and how long each thing was kept is set out in the Data Retention & Deletion policy.
Before you delete
- A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Apple or Google bills it, and they do not know about this account. Cancel it first: Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions.
- Save any design you want to keep to your own photos first. Deletion cannot be undone.
The quickest way: in the app
Open the app → Settings → Legal & Privacy →
Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. The app signs you out
immediately and the deletion runs on our servers.
Without the app
Sign in with the secure link we email you, then confirm. This is the same deletion the app performs. Open the link on this device, in this browser: it brings you back to this page, signed in.
A guest account that never added an email cannot be reached this way: it exists only on the device it was created on. Delete it in the app, or uninstalling the app leaves its photos to expire under the retention policy.
Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion. The address to write to is published in the app under Settings → Legal & Privacy and in the Privacy Policy. We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then run the same deletion the app performs, and confirm when it is complete.
