How it works

From one photo to a set of design directions

Three steps, the same way whether you are redesigning a living room or reimagining a façade.

  1. Upload a clear photo

    Take or choose a photo of the room, or the outside of your home. Good, even lighting and a clear, unobstructed view of the space tend to produce the best results.

  2. Choose preferences, or let AI Designer decide

    Leave it on Auto and the built-in AI Designer selects a fitting style, colour palette, materials and lighting mood for your space — or open Customize and set each one yourself.

  3. Review, refine and compare

    Compare each design against your original photo, refine the one you like into a new version, and save or share it when you're happy with it.

AI Designer mode

AI Designer is the default: Roomiva looks at your photo and selects a design direction, palette, materials and lighting that suit the space, so there is nothing to configure before your first design. It is a starting point, not the only option — open Customize whenever you want to steer it yourself.

What a Roomiva design is, and isn't

Generated images are illustrative. They are concepts for inspiration, produced by an AI model, not photographs of a finished space.

Exact proportions can differ. Colours, materials and finishes may look different in reality than in a generated image.

Consult a qualified professional before any structural, electrical, plumbing, safety or major construction work — regardless of what a design shows.

Pricing and any trial offer are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you subscribe to anything — never on this page.

  • Billing is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play — Roomiva never sees your card details.
  • A subscription requires a valid payment method and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • If a free trial is offered to you, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. Trial length and eligibility are decided by the App Store or Google Play, not by Roomiva.
  • Cancel any time from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

What is Roomiva?

Roomiva is an app that uses AI to help you visualise interior and exterior makeovers. Take a photo of a room or the outside of your home, and Roomiva generates design concepts that keep the space's structure recognisable while reimagining finishes, furniture, colour and light.

Can Roomiva redesign interiors and exteriors?

Yes. Roomiva supports interior spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms and home offices, as well as exteriors such as house façades, gardens, balconies and boundary walls.

Will it change the structure of my room or building?

Roomiva is designed to keep the viewpoint, proportions and permanent structure — walls, windows, doors, rooflines — recognisable, and to change finishes, colours, furniture, lighting and décor instead. AI image generation can vary, so a generated design is a concept, not a guarantee of exact structural preservation.

Can I customise the design?

Yes. You can leave it to the built-in AI Designer to choose a style direction automatically, or open Customize to set the design style, colour palette, materials, lighting mood and how much to change yourself.

Are generated designs exact construction plans?

No. Roomiva produces visual concepts for inspiration, not architectural drawings, structural engineering approval, measurements or construction documents. Consult a qualified professional before any structural, electrical, plumbing or safety-related work.

How are uploaded photos handled?

Your photo is processed to generate your designs and is kept only as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention & Deletion Policy, which set out exactly what is collected, why, and for how long.

Can I save and share a design?

Yes. You can save a generated design to your photo library and share it directly from the app.

Is Roomiva available on iPhone and Android?

Roomiva is built for iPhone and Android. It is not yet published on the App Store or Google Play — mobile apps are coming soon.

Does Roomiva support video makeovers?

Not yet. Video makeovers are planned for a future release and are not available in the app today.

How do subscriptions and trials work?

Roomiva offers plans inside the app. Pricing, any trial offer, and billing details are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google — see the Subscription & Free Trial Terms for details.
